THE BEGINNING
The year was 1992, Andre Del Soze just flew into the state from Chicago, Illinois. He came to Los Santos with a dream of finally making something out of his life. A 20 year old who has been through the system 5 times already. At the airport he found a flyer advertising delivery driver positions available in the south-side. Andre instantly called the number and A interview was set. He made his way down to the docks and after his interview he was hired on the spot. After a few months of working for the Truck depot he was able to put a down payment on a small house in Willowfield.

Andre had just put a down payment on a house and for the first time in his life he had felt like he was getting somewhere. His job was going great, he just got promoted into a manager position. He has a house, a car. He felt indestructible. But then it took a turn for a worse. With his new position came more responsibilities. Gang Activity was on the rise and their current target seemed to be directed at the Trucks. They were getting robbed & stolen left and right. His bosses were all over him to get it figured out. The company was losing a lot of money and they needed somewhere to put the blame.
FIRED

After a few weeks of investigations the down-hill spiral of the truck depot continued. The crime was only getting worse and it was putting more pressure on Andre. It finally came down to it and everyone at the depot was fired. This was bad news for Andre as he just bought a house. He needed to find a job fast or he would lose the house. He had a small emergency fund to last him a few weeks then he was done. He was putting out resumes left & right. But he was not getting any calls backs. It came down to the final few days of his savings and he was getting desperate. Andre was walking towards Idlewood from his house in Willowfield when he came across a guy standing in an alley way who called him over.

GETTING INTO THE BUSINESS

Andre went up to the man in the alley-way. He was a local drug dealer looking to sell a few grams of marijuana. Andre started talking to the dealer and just started venting about his situation and the dealer gave him a proposition. If Andre would start selling in his area and giving him a cut of the money he would help him keep the house. Andre, desperate to keep his house took the offer right away and began selling drugs in the Willowfield area.

TAKING OVER

Business was going great. Andre was making enough money to keep his house and even make more profits then he was keeping while trucking. He was building a network of contacts from all over Los Santos and was drawing attention to himself from the larger groups. After a few close calls Andre decided it was time to expand his operation. He called up an old friend from the trucking depot, Scotty. He taught Scotty everything he knew about dealing drugs on the streets. Little by little Andre & Scotty began growing their operation to a whopping 20 people.

The Downfall

A lot can happen in a month. La Onda Mafia was still on the rise when FBI took notice of the gangs activities. When Andre first started he was sloppy, a case-file was started on him and they had a lot of evidence. They put a warrant out for his arrest but he managed to avoid them for a while. When a country-wide warrant was put out they managed to find him in Las Venturas leading La Onda Mafia from a small retirement home he purchased under a fake name to hide from the police. Without a solid leadership La Onda Mafia was now crumbling from the inside with Tyler locked up on Castille.


The Return

4 Years later Andre was finally released from Castille island and flown back into Los Santos. He instantly took a taxi to Las Venturas and went to a secret apartment he bought a life-time lease to and had stored some supplies there as a fall-back plan. After he got his supplies he returned to Los Santos and Laid low for a bit as he got in contact with his old friends. He got a taste of the lifestyle and was dead-set on returning to it.
